TCI-503 HD Aluminum Cleaner/Polishing Agent, Brushless, 1 Gallon

TCI-503 H.D. is a non-etching aluminum cleaner, perfect for removing residual dirt, oils, road film, black welding soot, diesel fuel, corrosion, and oxidation films from polished and extruded aluminum without causing etching or pitting. It's non-corrosive, non-fuming, and biodegradable, making it the most environmentally friendly product on the market for cleaning aluminum. Not for use on AlumaCleared® surfaces.

Directions for Use:

1. Wet the complete unit.
2. Spray the chemical solution from a pump-up sprayer directly onto the aluminum surface.
3. Have a high-pressure washer ready for rinsing.
4. Apply the TCI-503 H.D. as a spray, working your way from the bottom of a section up.
5. Allow a 1-3 minute exposure time; brushing is optional.
6. Rinse with high-pressure water (3000 psi or higher) in the same manner as application.
7. DO NOT spray directly onto a hot metal surface (keep the tip about 4" away from the surface for best results).
8. Keep the entire unit wet and move to the next section (about a 3' wide area at a time).
9. Make sure you brush or have TCI-503HD completely covering the surface.
10. A second application will also help.
11. Finish with a heavy final rinse, ensuring the top area is rinsed thoroughly.
